Our Leadership
Teddy is a software engineer & serial tech entrepreneur, innovative thinker with over 18 years of experience in both software development and business. He was working oversea in many big corporations and high-tech companíe from Japan, Korea and Us, like Sysystem, Saltlux, GE Digital, DirecTV and before establishing TECHBANK he brought his experience from Silicon Valley back to Vietnam and took part in to launch other 5 companies as founding member. TECHBANK is the sixth company which he join to found. He is key factor to make our business on track under the right direction.
Inheriting the experience of a CEO of J-Job, a headhunting company knowledge while she was studying in Japan and played the role of senior manager for NTT Docomo, Katherine brings TECHBANK valuable business know-how. When working with Japanese customers as well as the process of organizing HR systems, one of the core elements of business. As a founding member, she acts as CEO of TECHBANK helping us build our team of people and connect the values created by TECHBANK people and customers.
Dean has been living in Japan almost 15 years. He loves Japan from the first sight when he came to Japan as a sponsored student in 2008. So that he has a lot experiences in working with Japanese customers and understood their cultures also.
